Welcome to BoxFit8. Our boxing, strength and conditioning 8 week program. In this program you'll be put through fun, challenging and intense workouts that will have you burning tons of calories and building lean muscle while still learning proper punching technique.
BoxFit8 is more than just a boxing bootcamp, not only will you work your way up to extensive combos on the heavy bag and pads but you will also work on explosive and powerful strength training that will give you terrific fat loss results but will also improve your punching speed and power.
Although BoxFit8 is a program that teaches proper punching technique and explosive lifting. The main part of the program is FUN, it's an absolute blast to put together all you've learned and just smash the heavy bag while feeling super confident doing it.
