Our philosophy from the very beginning was simple. Help people lose weight fast and make it as easy as possible. How is that even possible? We know as you're reading this you're thinking there is no way it can be made easy. You've spent hours upon hours at the gym, wasted money on gym memberships and personal training and the results have been limited or even worse no results. That's why we do what we do, to help you get to your goals and have our program fit seamlessly into your lifestyle.
So how do we do it? First off, when you come to our gym you'll notice this is an extremely friendly and supportive environment. You don't have to worry about what exercises to do or if you're doing them correctly. You are coached every step of the way to ensure the exercises are appropriate for your current fitness level. We write all the exercises down on our board, we demonstrate and explain the exercises for ALL fitness levels and then when the session begins you're coached on technique and motivated to keep going. The bootcamp session range between 30 - 45 minutes. That's it! Do that 2 to 3 times a week and you're on your way to fitter, happier, healthier you.
