Champions Week is not just any ordinary event; it's a dynamic series of week long challenges designed to test the mettle of teams and determine who emerges as the ultimate champion. For several weeks per season, teams consisting of TBF members gather to showcase their fitness and determination.

As the season progresses, every point earned in previous challenges are tallied. At the grand culmination of the season, we crown the one true victor - the Season Nine Champion.

Next Champion Week Challenge date May 20th - May 25th

• Challenge: Dead Hang - A dead hang challenge is a test of grip strength, endurance, and mental fortitude where participants hang from a bar as long as they can.

• Competition Format: - Before attempting the challenge, perform a brief warm-up to prepare your muscles and joints. Stand beneath the bar with your feet shoulder-width apart. Reach up and grip the bar firmly with an overhand grip (palms facing away from you). Once you've established your grip, lift your feet off the ground and hang freely from the bar. The timer will start and count the duration of your hang.

• How To Sign Up: The Champions Week Challenge will be added to the schedule during the week of May 20th. Simply schedule yourself in like you would any class.
