MONDAY
NITRO
Show up ready to lift! Our Nitro classes are designed to give you the best opportunity to get stronger by lifting challenging weights. You’ll get more rest than any of our other workouts plus you’ll be at each exercise for four straight sets before moving on. This is exactly the way you want to train if strength is one of your goals.

TUESDAY
PYRAMID
Pyramid will get your muscles pumped and your cardiovascular system working hard. Pyramid will have the work and rest periods change each round, so on rounds with shorter work periods you can lift heavier focusing on strength and on rounds with longer work periods you can lift lighter and move faster to work on cardio.

This is Sparta!!!! Here you'll be lifting heavy weights and working on compound movements with intensity and purpose. Each session has a great mix of strength and conditioning and will have you achieving things you never thought possible. If you're looking to train like an athlete and a serious challenge, look no further.

VENOM
Venom is the perfect mix of competition and cardio. This is a high energy class that will challenge your conditioning. Venom has crossfit elements, leaving you to compete with yourself as you try to finish as fast as you can to earn a longer break.

KICKBOXING
Kickboxing is fun and will get you sweating. These sessions are designed to teach you kickboxing technique and give you a great workout in the process. You’ll be punching, elbowing, kicking and kneeing your way to a fit body.

BURN
Fast paced, fun, and energetic cardio session. You’ll leave having worked your entire body in this calorie burning class. 20 second workout periods with quick switches in-between exercises will leave you little time to rest.
