What are the bootcamp classes like?

Our bootcamp classes range from 35 minutes to 45 minutes long but don’t let the duration fool you, these classes are challenging. We believe in efficiency with very little wasted time, and full body functional movements. Throughout our weekly schedule you’ll experience a mix of resistance training and conditioning.

Will I be fit enough to keep up?

Yes! Our classes are for all fitness levels. One of the biggest benefits to being a TBF member is having coaches who are Personal Trainers first. We take care of our members and ensure everyone is using proper form and if needed we always offer regressions to exercises.

How many times per week should I attend?

It all depends on you and your schedule. A minimum of twice per week would be required to see some changes but of course to maximize results, three to four days per week would be ideal. If you can only make it in twice per week, scheduling a walk or other activity a couple times per week can go a long way in helping you in your fitness goals..

Are the classes the same everyday?

Our bootcamps classes are programmed everyday by one of your coaches. You’ll never see the same workout twice here at TBF.

What do I need to attend my first session?

Make sure to have a booked a spot first. Either by filling out the form on the free trial page or emailing us. Arrive 5-10 minutes early, bring water and a change of indoor running shoes.
