It’s different everyday.

Once you’ve joined TBF by signing up to one of our memberships, you’ll get access to our schedule. From there you can book into any class you like according to how many classes per week your membership is. Our memberships are two, three or four times per week and are charged weekly. The classes are different everyday, some are focused more on cardio and others on strength. This is one of the many benefits of our programming, your body will continuously be challenged and have to adapt to new exercises.
